Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 07th Feb 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to 10XDigitalNetworks (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for services offered through 10xdigitalnetworks.com or via direct engagement.

By making any payment to the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.


1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to 10XDigitalNetworks are strictly non-refundable.

Payments represent:

  • Reservation and allocation of professional capacity
  • Deployment of strategic, creative, and operational expertise
  • Opportunity cost incurred by blocking time and resources

Once a payment is made, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals shall be entertained under any circumstances, irrespective of project stage, usage of services, or perceived satisfaction.


2. Nature of Services & Refund Ineligibility

10XDigitalNetworks provides time-bound, expertise-driven, and process-oriented professional services. As such:

  • Services are not tangible goods
  • Value delivery begins at the point of engagement, planning, and resource allocation
  • Outcomes depend on multiple external variables beyond the Company’s control

Accordingly, refunds are not applicable once services are initiated or capacity is allocated.


3. Cancellation by Client

The Client may choose to discontinue or cancel an engagement at their discretion. However:

  • Cancellation does not entitle the Client to any refund
  • Fees already paid shall remain payable and retained by the Company
  • Any unpaid invoices raised up to the date of cancellation shall remain due

Cancellation does not negate obligations arising from work already performed, resources allocated, or commitments made.


4. Scope Deviation & Service Rectification

In limited cases where there is a demonstrable and material deviation from the agreed scope solely attributable to 10XDigitalNetworks, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Allocate add-on service hours, or
  • Provide corrective services aligned with the original engagement

Under no circumstances shall such situations result in a monetary refund.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first engaging in good-faith communication with the Company is strongly discouraged.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as:

  • Breach of contractual terms
  • Grounds for immediate suspension or termination of services
  • Basis for recovery actions, including administrative and legal costs

6. Payment Gateway Compliance

This Policy is published in compliance with payment gateway requirements and applies uniformly across all payment methods, including but not limited to cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, and online payment processors.


7. Communication & Resolution

All queries or concerns relating to cancellations or service issues must be communicated in writing to:

support@10xdigitalnetworks.com

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to address concerns in a professional and structured manner, without prejudice to this Policy.


8. Policy Amendments

10XDigitalNetworks reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The revised Policy shall be effective upon publication on the Website.

Continued engagement or payment after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.


By making a payment to 10XDigitalNetworks, the Client expressly agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
